Why Do We Do It?

Since going to my first gig, The Angels and The Choirboys, 20 years ago, I have been passionate about live music. From the opening bars, I knew I wanted to be involved in live sound, and within months, I was rolling my first microphone cables (the wrong way ;) for a local sound crew.
After learning enough to get started from watching and listening to experienced professionals, I decided to go it alone with my own system. Soon after, I was working as the in-house soundguy at the infamous Rockape (now closed) here in Canberra.

During my time there I worked with countless local and interstate acts as well as numerous international artists. After Rockape's closure we went mobile, taking us into venues of all shapes and sizes and exposing us to an even broader range of musical styles. I have also had the opportunity to tour nationally with Sweden's Insision.
